National Kaohsiung First University Science & Technology (NKFUST), focuses on humanoid robotic research over 10 years ago. The good basic development of humanoid grounds capability to organize International Competition on Intelligent Humanoid Robotics (ICIHR) supported by Ministry of Education Taiwan from 2012. In this year, ICIHR starts from the end of International Spring School on Humanoid Soccer Robots. The connection between ICIHR and the international Spring School is try to let Taiwan teams experience advanced humanoid research, and international teams understand Taiwan research.
